Come relax, unwind and decompress in our beautiful 3BR town home located in the Grande at Canal Pointe; one of the newest developments in Rehoboth Beach.  Our 2,400 sq ft home is spacious, airy and well appointed.  To ensure your comfort all three suites are furnished with Euro Pillow top beds.  The first floor suite has a full bath adjacent and the third floor suites have  private bath's attached.  The expansive master suite has a king bed, very large bath and private sitting area.   A futon on the first floor and very comfortable queen size air mattress (aerobed) are available as well.  The second floor living area has a family room, living room, dining room and a modern kitchen with all of the amenities you enjoy at home.  You'll enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner on our large balcony that overlooks a peaceful pond (with numerous bullfrogs).  Our home is directly across the street from the community pool, well equip gym, tennis&basketball courts.  There's also another pool on the other side of the community that you'll have access to as well.  
When it's time to head out you'll be close to everything.  Our home is east of RT 1 and is located on the bike/jogging path that connects Rehoboth Beach and Lewes.  The beach and boardwalk are approximately 1.5 miles away as are ~100 great restaurants and shops.  Speaking of shopping, three major outlet malls (Tanger) are minutes away.
1st Floor- Full bath, additional family room, TV/DVD, bedroom w/walk in closet and queen size bed.  Sliding doors lead to outside patio with BBQ.2nd floor- Living room, dining room, main family room and will appointed kitchen with eat in nook and bar counter.  TV/DVD, Gas fireplace and door to large balcony.3rd floor- Guest suite with queen bed and private full bath, Huge Master suite with: king bed, walk in closet, wall closet, large private bath (w/sunken tub), large LCD TV/DVD and a private (and peaceful!) sitting area.
