This 2007, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse was newly furnished decorated and made available in December 2009. Located in a quiet, clean, gated, reesidential community in North Scottsdale, our home has fantastic mountain and sunrise views from the patio.  Guests have access to a private two car garage at ground level with plenty of storage space for those golf clubs!  

Enjoy marvelous mountain and sunrise views from your spacious living room or from the patio area which includes dining furniture and a gas barbeque.  The open floor plan on the bright, clean and spacious main floor includes a dining area featuring a bristo dining table that expands to accomodate up to 8 guests.  Four bar stools along the large granite cournter top provide space for casual conversation or quick meals.  Pleanty of kitchen space; including lots of cupborads and counter space.  Appliances are state the art and the kitchen is well equipped with qality small appliances and utensils.  Upstairs there is a full size washer and dryer along with ironing board, etc.  

Each of the two bedrooms are bright and have queen size beds with quality pillow top mattresses.  The bedrooms have large closets with dressers and night tables.  The master bedroom en suite features a large walk in shower, there is also a tub/shower combination in the main bathroom on the second floor.  

The well equipped townhome has carpeted bedrooms and stairways; the living areas are finished in attractive 24" tile.  There is a 40" LCD television with full digital HD cable service and home stero surround sound.  Full wireless internet is available as well as a land line telephone both upstairs and on the main level.  

The well maintained common area has a swimming pool, hot tub, barbeque and exercise facility.    

In close proximity to many facilities and attractions such as Westworld (auto shows, horse shows, etc), TCP golf course, shopping, baseball spring training, McDowell/Sonora reserve (hiking), and the Mayo clinic.  Short drive to Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square.  Walking distance to power centre with a major grocery store, Starbucks, and other conveniences.  Handy access to major travel arteries for the greater Phoenix area.  Close proximity to many of the great Phoenix area golf courses! 

Regular rate applicable to December 1 to April 30.

Reduced rate for May 1 to November 30.

Additional $100 cleaning fee applies to each stay.
