“Aves del Paraiso” is a villa of exceptional beauty and luxury, and 
is set on a cliff 100 feet above the blue/green water of Manzanillo 
Bay and the Pacific Ocean.  The view is magnificent and 
unobstructed.  The architecture takes full advantage of the cooling 
breezes and breath taking views.

The villa is located in one of Mexico’s most exclusive premier 
residential enclaves, called, “La Punta”.  It’s a true paradise 
enjoyed by the international elite and guests from all walks of life, 
who truly enjoy the amenities of luxury.  Controlled access preserves 
the tranquility and provides maximum security.

Imagine the most memorable vacation of a lifetime.  It begins the 
moment you arrive at the villa.  You will be totally pampered by an 
attentive and discreet staff of five, who will devote themselves 
entirely to your comfort and pleasure.  The staff includes an on 
premises villa manager, an excellent chef and assistant cook, who 
prepares Mexican, Italian, French and other international cuisine, a 
houseman/chauffeur and a maid.  You will experience a dream 
vacation.  Our cooks will prepare three delicious meals a day, with 
incomparable bar service. We will customize the menus to accommodate 
your requests, based on the information we receive, prior to your 
arrival.


This unique Mediterranean villa boasts approximately 10,000 square 
feet of marble floors, domed ceilings, marble terraces, lush gardens 
and magnificent pool area.  Designed for a maximum of eight persons, 
it is complete luxury overlooking the Pacific Ocean.  The villa spans 
three levels that showcase breathtaking vistas from all main living 
areas and there is even an elevator for your convenience.  Large open 
arches in the living room and dining room, look towards the pool 
area, a palapa, wet bar, gardens and the sparkling Pacific Ocean.
The focal point of the pool area is the extended deck, suspended over 
the green area and rugged coast line.  A super vantage point to enjoy 
sunrises and sunsets, while listening to the soothing sounds of the 
surf.

The master suite of pink marble, with a wrap around terrace, 
encompasses 1000 square feet.  A perfect hideaway, with a king size 
bed, complete with sitting room, music, television and views of the 
ocean.  The ensuite master bath area includes a seven foot marble 
jacuzzzi tub and large shower, both under a skylight and looking out 
over the Pacific.

In addition to the sumptuous master suite, there is a VIP suite with 
a sitting area, ensuite bath and garden.  Plus, two other generous 
bedrooms, which have private terraces and ensuite baths.  All 
bedrooms have ceiling fans and you have the option of enjoying 
tropical breezes or air conditioning.

Spa services (massage, facials, manicures, pedicures and even 
reflexology) are available in the privacy of the villa.  The 
technicians are excellent and will come to the villa by appointment 
and do their magic.

There is a wide range of recreational activities available, including 
a private beach club, 4 lighted tennis courts, with a full time 
professional, and a putting green.  You can simply enjoy a morning 
walk and explore the beauty of “La Punta”, or, you explore 
neighboring towns, or, go fishing in the sailfish capital of the 
world, or, you can go snorkeling or scuba diving, or, 
play golf at any of the three championship golf courses 
The course at the Las Hadas Hotel, adjacent to La Punta, is 18 holes 
of demanding skill, or, a driver can take you to, Isla Navidad…...27 
holes of superb golf and scenic beauty, or, to El Tamarindo, 18 holes 
on par with the famous Pebble Beach, in California.

You will realize that it is worth leaving paradise, just to 
experience the joy of returning to the villa.  There is an exciting 
anticipation of coming back to your own private villa.  The staff 
awaits your return with snacks and drinks, to tide you over until 
dinner, or, you could do nothing at all….spending all your time at 
poolside… swimming when you are hot, drinking when thirsty and eating 
when in the mood.  You may pass hours immersed in a book, or engaging 
your friends with idle conversation, or, doing and saying nothing, as 
you get lost in the rhythm of the sea against the rocks, below.

Dinner is the highlight of every day.  You all gather in the dining 
room that opens to the lush bougainvillea and the terrace, with the 
magnificent vista of the bay and Pacific Ocean.  The candles flicker 
in the evening breeze.  The cooks have created a gourmet menu to 
please you and your guests.  Music spills onto the patio and the 
fragrance of flowers fills the air.  You can dance slowly, beneath 
the moon and stars, far from the cares of the world.  You hope this 
will never end, but even as the night melts into day, you know

Rates:

$11,000 to $15,000 per week

The reservation deposit is 50% of the total rental fee, and when 
confirmed, non-refundable.  Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  
A security deposit of $1,000 is payable with the balance of the 
rental fee and will be returned on the day of departure, provided 
that nothing has been damaged.
