Master beachfront bedroom is very spacious, has a private bathroom
and queen size bed. The back bedroom features 2 full size beds. A
large terrace runs along the beachfront of the house. Exterior
stairs lead to the roof of the house which assures enough private
tanning area.
All back area of the property is completelly secured and can be
locked out. A built in Charcoal grill is by the pool. Also, covered
parking.

vacations. Just 4 kms from fishermen village of Chelem. On one hand
an easy 15 minute drive from Progreso and 40 from M�rida, and on
the other, being separate from the villages assures you won�t be
having people bathing in front of your house or fisherman docking
their boats there.

There are several restaurants in town. Depending on the time of
year, the festivals in the town square are an exciting Mexican
experience.
Very close to Chelem is the port of Progreso. The small town
features a nice beach, jetski rentals, and other watersports
options. There's an extensive crafts market near the pier as well
as other tourist shopping along the town's streets. There are
several restaurants along the beach road that serve drinks (and/or
food) at tables and palapas situated right on the expansive beach.
A moderate sized North American style grocery store is available for
those that are not adventurous enough to purchase their food at the
Mexican open-air market.
