It has a spacious private west facing balcony for entertaining & viewing fabulous sunsets. A gated community which is immaculately maintained. The entrance and lobby both have secure keypad entry systems.
The Apartment offers three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has sliders to the balcony, a queen size bed, two climate controlled walk-in closets + dresser/mirror/bedside chest leading to large ensuite comprising corner bath, separate walk-in shower unit + his & hers vanity units. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, with climate controlled walk-in closet + dresser/mirror/chest + flat screen TV. The third bedroom has twin beds and an 8ft closet together with dresser/mirror/chest + flat screen TV. There are also two foldaway beds (sleeps 6-8)
Spacious open plan living area has huge sliders which when open brings the flow of the living room out onto a spacious balcony with table & chairs. There is a 42" flat screen TV, DVD player, wi-fi and elegant corner sectional. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and beautiful granite countertops including breakfast bar leading to dining area.

Trash Shoot is conveniently located across hallway next to Elevator.
There is also an enclosed large private garage located on ground floor available for parking. There is storage for all beach items/chairs/umbrella/bicycles etc. You have direct access to garage without stepping outside.
