vacation rental rates
- Memorial day to September 15th 1600.00 week. 300.00 night
- Starting in 2013 I will be offering split week rentals. Saturday to Wednesday for 1200.00 plus tax and deposit. Wednesday to Saturday 900.00 plus tax and deposit.
- Off season rates 1200.00 week 250.00 night.
- All rentals require a 400.00 security deposit.
- Full payment must be recieved 60 days prior to checkin.
- Pet charge is 100.00 (non-refundable)
- Checkin time is 3:00.
- Checkout time is 10:00.
- All rentals will have a 9.25% Tennessee sales tax and 5% Campbell
county lodging fee added to them. - Ask about monthly specials during the winter
- Rates subject to change without notice.
