Vacation Rental Description

This 3000 sq ft home was built in 1999 with all new furnishings and  
appliances.Located 5 min off I 75 in private cove on norris lake.  
This house has three levels,Main level has full kitchen,living  
room,dining room,bedroom,bathroom, one queen sleeper sofa and large  
walkout deck with gas grill.Upper level has bedroom,bathroom,jacuzzi  
tub and walk out deck. Lower level has bedroom,bathroom family room,  
bar, one queen and one double sleeper,utility room with washer and  
dryer and large walk out deck.All bedrooms have queen size  
beds.This house is very clean well maintained and priced very  
reasonably. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full entertainment system with 60 inch widescreen tv located on main  
level with full surround sound,five disc cd player,dvd vcr,digital  
cable and outside deck speakers. 
Kitchen has everything you will need including ice  
maker,blender,microwave,coffee maker and dish washer. 
Living room has twenty-six foot ceilings with glass from top to  
bottom to view the lake.  
All three levels have cable tv. 
Private boat dock with swim ladder and room for a few boats. 
Boat launch is located just two miles away. 
XM satelite radio

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy boating,water skiing, fishing swimming on norris lake. 
Cove lake state park located just two minutes away with walking  
trails inground pool and tennis courts. 
Local marinas have restaurants and live bands on weekends for your  
enjoyment.  
Shopping and restaurants within five minutes. 
Fine dining and night life in knoxville just twenty five minutes. 
Gatlinburg and Smokey mountains fifty to sixty minutes. 
If you just enjoy staying close to home this house is on a dead end  
street with very little traffic for an after dinner walk. 
Plenty of parking for autos and boat trailers.

Vacation Rental Rates

Memorial day to labor day (weekly rentals only) 1400.00 plus 300.00  
refundable security deposit 
Off season rates 900.00 weekly 200.00 daily plus 300.00 refundable  
security deposit. 
Deposit and signed rental agreement must be recieved within 7 days to  
hold reservation. 
Full payment must be recieved 60 days prior to checkin. 
Pet charge is 75.00. 
Checkin time is 2:00. 
Checkout time is 10:00. 
All rentals will have a 9.25% Tennessee sales tax and 5% Campbell  
county lodging fee added to them. 
Ask about monthly specials during the winter.
