Located in the older, eclectic, beach front vacation community of Rye Beach in Huron, Ohio, Sea Breeze vacation home is just 15 minutes from World Famous Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, Ohio.

Enjoy a private association where the streets are narrow and the traffic is slow. Relax in the 3 acre Association owned park just 50 feet away from the house and enjoy a rocky beach, childrens play area and fishing pier all along the shores of Lake Erie

Relax with a glass of lemonade on the front porch where you can see the water and listen to the waves or step inside the air conditioned house to cook a homemade dinner in the fully furnished kitchen. Each day ends in a good nights rest for everyone in your family with queen size beds in all 3 bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms make the morning rush to get to Cedar Point a little easier as well as allow mom and dad a little peace and quiet after a long day of roller coasters and thrill rides. A laundry room, off street parking for up to 3 vehicles and ADA accessibility are just a few of the added conveniences at Sea Breeze.

A private yard and BBQ grill offer outdoor fun while central air and heat ensure your indoor comfort anytime of the year.

Huron, Rye Beach and Sandusky

Sawmill Creek, next door to Rye Beach offers upscale shopping, dining and a professional golf course. Just 3 miles East, downtown Huron offers shopping, 2 public beaches with parks and an outdoor ampitheater with weekly events throughout the summer.

Stroll along the boat basin and watch sailboats and powerboats making their way out onto Lake Erie or take an adventure of your own by chartering a sailboat. Dad and the boys might like a day on Lake Erie with a nearby fishing charter while mom and the girls visit unique museums and quaint shops.

Ferry service for a day on Kellys Island or Put-in-Bay is offered from downtown Sandusky during the summer months.

CLEANING DEPOSIT:
      A check/money order made payable to Leisure World Vacation Rentals,
LLC for $100 (refundable cleaning deposit) will be required.  This check will be
returned to you if property is in the same condition when you leave as when you
arrived.


Leisure World Vacation Rentals Guest Policies

(Please read over our guest policy)

PAYMENTS:

• MASTERCARD/VISA/PERSONAL CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS/CASHIER CHECKS are accepted forms of payment. All final payments must be received within 30 days prior to check in.

DEPOSITS:

• Deposits will be required to secure your reservation. Deposits will be 30% of the reservation cost to be applied to the reservation cost when balance is due.

AGE REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years of age and must be a resident of the unit for the entire stay of reservation.

CANCELLATION:

• Canceling may result in the forfeiture of all or part of your rental payment/deposit. Canceling your reservation up to 30 days prior to your check in will result in a loss of your deposit up to $100.00. Canceling your reservation within the 30 days period before you are scheduled to check in,will result in loss of all monies paid to date. Cancelling/Checking out early after checking in will result in the loss of ALL monies paid.

REQUIRED INFORMATION :

• The Guests driver’s license number, vehicle license
  plate number, names and ages of registered adults and children staying at the
  property and current credit card information will be required at the time of
  reservation.

MAINTENANCE, REBATES, REFUNDS:

• Every effort has been made to make sure all equipment in each rental unit is in working order. Please contact us with any inoperative equipment immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to have the repairs made as soon as possible. No reduction in rent, rebate or refund will be issued for any mechanical failure of air conditioning, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, TV, or any other appliance. NO REFUND OF RENT FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER, CHECKING OUT EARLY OR ACTS OF GOD.

HOUSE PARTIES:

• Should a house party be identified in a unit, occupancy
  will be terminated IMMEDIATELY with NO REFUND. Accommodations are strictly
  limited to the number shown:
• Andy's Place (4) (unless otherwise approved by the
  management)
• The Getaway (6) (unless otherwise approved by the
  management)
• Sea Breeze (6) (unless otherwise approved by the
  management

QUIET TIMES

• Quiet time is observed from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M.
  Please respect neighbors.

PETS

• Sorry, NO renters (or their guests) are permitted to bring pets to the unit. You will be requested to vacate the premises--without refund-if a pet is discovered.

TRAILERS AND MOTOR HOMES:

• Parking may be permitted if space allows. Check with
  management.

BOATS/KAYAKS/SKIDOOS:

• Parking may be permitted if space allows. Check with
  management.

PARKING:

• Off street parking is available at each unit.

ITEMS LEFT BEHIND:

• We are not responsible for items left behind.

SMOKING:

• All units are NON SMOKING due to Ohio Law.

BURNING/CANDLES/CAMPFIRES:

• Due to fire hazard, there is no burning, candles or campfires allowed at these units.

RENTAL FURNISHINGS:

• Please do not rearrange furniture in the units. An inventory will be performed at check out and charges will be made for missing items.

DAMAGES:

• Any damage and/or theft of any property will be the responsibility of the guest making the reservation. We reserve the right to charge your credit card on file for damages and/or theft. We, also, reserve the right to have criminal charges filed with the Erie County Sherriff/Kelleys Island Police Department.

CHECKING IN/CHECKING OUT:

• Check in time at each unit is at 3:00PM. Check out time is at 11:00 AM. Prompt departure is necessary to prevent delay of guests checking in behind you

UNREGISTERED GUESTS:

• No unregistered guests will be permitted to stay on the premises OVERNIGHT.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION PACKET:

• You will receive confirmation of all payments made by US Mail and/or email. As final balance is paid, you will receive a letter which will include your code to Lock Box for after hour arrivals.

ERRORS:

• Descriptions, prices and other amenities listed are subject to change without notice. Omissions, additions or errors as well as changes in furnishings, bedding arrangements, equipment, etc. may be made by the owner.

LEISURE WORLD VACATION RENTALS, LLC CHECK-OUT & CLEANING POLICY:

UPON CHECKING OUT, PLEASE:

• Bathrooms:
  
  
  • 1) Wipe down the moisture in the shower/tub with a used towel.
  • 2) Wash, dry and fold used towels. Please have the ones you have used before checkout washing in washer or drying. (If not a full load, feel free to throw in a set of sheets.)
  • 3) Wipe down sinks.
  • 4) Broom clean tile floors and take garbage to Transfer Station (or into trash cans in Huron).
• Kitchen:
  
  • 1) Make sure dishes are clean and put away or are washing if there is a full load. (Please do not run the dishwasher for just a couple of dishes).
  • 2) Wipe down sink, refrigerator, stove and microwave.
  • 3) Please take out the garbage. (Don’t forget throw away the coffee grounds.)
  • 4) Broom clean linoleum floors.
• Living Room:
• 1) Reset Thermostat to 78* in summer and 60* in the winter.
• 2) Re-set TV to Weather Channel
• 3) Re-organize brochures
• 4) Turn off Ceiling Fans/Lights.
• Bedrooms
• • 1) Place used sheets in pillow case at foot of bed.
  • 2) Fold comforter/blankets and place at end of bed.
  • 3) Turn off Ceiling Fans.
• Outside:
  
  • 1) If you use the grill, make sure it is clean and ready for the next guests.
  • 2) Secure umbrellas.
• PLEASE:
  
  • 1) DO NOT lean back on the toilets—it causes seal damage and can crack the tank. (Which would be a costly repair for you)
  • 2) DO NOT leave the air conditioner on if you open the windows.
  • 3) DO NOT leave the lids off of the garbage cans. (The animals love treats.)
  • 4) DO NOT leave doors open for bugs to fly in or smash them on the walls or ceiling.

The management, its heirs and assigns, are to be held harmless without recourse for ANY liability incurred by their guest(s) while under the occupancy of Leisure World Vacation Rentals, LLC.

This Agreement, herin called "Guest Policy", made between Leisure World Vacation Rentals, LLC and its Guests is an agreement intended to require that disputes be resolved by Binding Arbitration.  Any and all claims or controversies arriving out of, or in any way relating to, this agreement shall  be submitted tp Binding Arbitration per The American Arbitration Association.

I have read, understand and accept the above .terms. The exchange of funds makes this a binding contract
