Beautiful Family Home (Paradise Found) in Spring Hill

The house is in a quiet residential area with lots of wildlife to see, perfect for a peaceful, undisturbed vacation.

Situated just minutes from 'The Heather' golf course, with another eleven or so courses within a ten mile radius. Courses range from moderately easy to difficult, catering for all types of golfers. Many courses are in outstanding rural scenery.

The house is split plan, with the master suite off to one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side, you will be surrounded by all the luxuries of home as we provide a fully equipped house.

There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom with wall mounted TV and en-suite facilities. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds both with ample storage space. These two rooms share a bathroom which has both a shower and a bath.

There is a local management team near by, who will see to any problems or requests that you may have.

GENERAL: Fully air-conditioned, ceiling fans in master bedroom and lounge, central heating, linen/towels provided, telephone with free local calls, Wi-fi, hair dryer, Radio/CD stereo system.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped to include dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, microwave,
large fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice making facilities, coffee maker, electric kettle,
toaster oven, cooking utensils, food steamer and a assortment of storage containers.

UTILITY: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is an outside clothes line and clothes pins for those who want, fresh air dried laundry.

LIVING ROOM: Seats 6 people comfortably. 42" wall mounted flat screen HD-TV, DVD and Blue-ray player, with a good variety of films.

DINING: Dining table and chairs with seating for 6 people, leading out to the screened pool area.

BATHROOM: 2 bathrooms

BEDROOMS: The house is split plan, with the master suite off to one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side.
The master suite has a queen bed, and a wall mounted TV and ample closet  space. The en-suite bathroom has a step in shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds, both have ample closet space. There is a guest bathroom with a shower and bath, which is shared between bedrooms 2 and 3. All linens and towels are provided.

OUTSIDE: There is a covered lanai area, with plenty of shade.
Cushioned pool sun loungers and a large table with 6 chairs are provided for the perfect outside dinning. There is a gas bar-b-que and a charcoal bar-b-que for the perfect cook-out. For your safety and peace of mind there are unbreakable glasses for use in the pool area. We have beautiful surrounding gardens and bird feeders to attract the wildlife.

Golf...There is a nine hole golf course within walking distance of the villa and another eleven or so courses within a ten mile radius. Courses range from moderately easy to difficult catering for all handicaps. Check local newspaper's for money-off deals. Prices are much lower than the area around Orlando, always ask for offers when booking. Many courses are in outstanding rural scenery. Cart's and clubs are normally available for hire. Even if courses are classed as 'private' you can often obtain booking times with other deals.

Tennis... Is well represented in the area with many courts available
to the sports minded.

Fishing... Both saltwater and freshwater fishing are in abundance, but
fishing is only permitted after purchasing a Florida State Licence.

Ten Pin Bowling... There is a large bowling ally just a few miles south on US19 offering an afordable and enjoyable evening out for all the family.

Cinema's..... There are a choice of cinema's just a short drive away.

Boating... There are many opportunities up and down the Gulf Coast
offering both boating and sailing opportunities. Kayaking down the Weeki Wachee river is a must.

$650 - $700 per week. Minimum rental 1 week.

$2000 - $2400 per month

A non-refundable down payment of 25% is required to secure booking, balance due 8 weeks proir to vacation. 

A refundable security deposit of $100 is required with balance.

Pool Heating - $50 Per Week. Apr 01st - Nov 30th
