Vacation Rental Description

Our spacious house is built in one of the most beautiful areas of  
weeki wachee "The Heathers" on the Gulf of Mexico coastline some 50  
miles North of Tampa, situated in a 1/4 acre of wooded land with  
well laid paths and lawns, parks and small lakes are placed  
throughout this residential area, only a few minutes walk from the  
house. The property is air conditioned thoughout and comfortably  
sleeps six people. The are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en- 
suite). The lounge/diner has a patio door leading onto a private  
screened heated swimming pool for all year round enjoyment.

Activities and Attractions

Golf... There are several championship golf courses in the area and  
visitors are more than welcome. There is also a 9 hole golf course  
within walking distance of the house. 
 
Tennis... Is well represented in the area with many courts available  
to the sports minded. 
 
Fishing... Both salt and freshwater fishing are in abundance, but  
fishing is only permitted after purchasing a Florida State Licence. 
 
Ten Pin Bowling... There is a large bowling ally just a few minutes  
drive from the house offering an inexpensive and enjoyable evening  
out for all the family. 
 
Boating... There are many opportunities up and down the Gulf Coast  
offering both boating and sailing opportunities.

Vacation Rental Rates

$600 per week all year 
$550 per week, for 4 week's or more. 
Minimum rental 1 week. 
A non refundable down payment of $200.00 (per week) 
is required to secure booking, plus a refundable security deposit of  
$100. 
 
Pool Heating - $50 Per Week. (No charge November - March) 
 
No Pets allowed.
