Fripp Island, a private 3,000-acre community, is located 19 miles
east of historic Beaufort, South Carolina. It's a great place to
escape from your hectic workday and busy city life. It’s wonderful
for family vacations or if you just need some alone time. If you’ve
never visited Fripp Island, you have no idea what you are missing.
The entire island is a Wildlife Sanctuary, and is home to loggerhead
turtles, deer, raccoons, alligators, dolphins and countless wild
birds.
The area is so beautiful movie producer’s flock to Fripp Island to
shoot popular movies such as The Jungle Book, The Prince of Tides and
Forrest Gump.
Fripp Island offers great walking and bicycle paths. The scenic
walks on the beach and the picturesque sunsets will make you come
back every year!

Sep 7th-March 6th - $175 daily (3 night min), $900 Wkly and $2200 Monthly
March 7th - May 22nd - $175 daily (3 night min), $1000 Wkly and $3500 Monthly
May 23rd - Sep 11th - $250 daily (4 night min), $1500 Weekly
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (3pm arrival and 11am
departure). Can be flexible on days based on other bookings.
$200 security deposit and full rental fees are required at booking.
Refund on rent is only if canceled 30 days prior to arrival. Taxes
are cleaning fees included ($75 cleaning fee for non weekly rentals)
