Vacation Rental Description

Gorgeous, remodeled Maui condo, located at the Kihei Kai Nani Resort, in S. Kihei.  It is close to 
all of Maui’s scenic attractions, including miles of golden sandy beaches, Wailea’s "World 
Championship" golf courses, Mt. Haleakala & Molokini Crater. Shopping, restaurants and nightlife are 
just steps away.

Walk outside the condo, and you are just a few steps from Kamaole II & III beaches.  These are two 
of Maui’s most popular and beautiful Golden sandy beaches. After a great day of beach fun, relax 
with your favorite beverage and enjoy a beautiful Hawaiian sunset.  Maui is blessed with year around 
sunshine.  Temperatures average in the 80’s, which is perfect for your tropical vacation in paradise.

Located on six beautiful acres of Polynesian gardens, the condo is situated in a quiet area of the 
complex. Relax on your private lanai and enjoy the song birds, coconut palms, tropical flowers, and 
plumeria trees. The large pool area is ideal for cooling off, playing with the kids, or just soaking 
up some rays. Shuffleboard, gas BBQ’s & picnic tables are provided for your enjoyment. Parking is 
free.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo was recently remodeled and modernized. It has new flooring, cabinets, fixtures, paint, 
lighting, granite counters, & furniture. It is absolutely Gorgeous!

Air conditioned, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished 723 sq. ft. condo with a private covered lanai. 
Designer ceiling fans are located in the living room and bedroom for your comfort. The bedroom has a 
King bed that is comfortable and firm. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and 
additional tri-fold children's futon cushions. The condo comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. The kitchen 
is fully equipped with everything.

2 cable TVs, DVD, & Stereo/CD player are located in the living room and bedroom. Wireless high speed 
internet access is provided. All linens and towels are included.  Beach chairs, coolers, beach 
towels & mats are provided for your enjoyment.

Laundry facility is located adjacent to the pool. Shuffleboard & gas BBQ's are located just outside 
the unit in the gardens.

Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, whale watching, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, 
tennis, hiking, Luau's, Maui Aquarium, museums and multiplex cinema.

$250.00 security deposit
10% discount for 30 nights during Value Season.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations 90 days or 
more from check-in. There is a $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & Value 
Seasons. A $250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for 
cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. 
Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
