Club at Crystal Lake in Fort Myers

This lovely 2/2 condo is located in the South Fort Myers area just minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. The view from your private lanai is that of the tropics with its lush vegetation and wonderful variety of wildlife. You can walk across the drive to the Community Center and enjoy a leisurely swim or take your fishing pole along and see what you can catch!! If tennis is your game, it's here and racquetball can be had as well!! 

There is also plenty to do just outside the gates at Lakes Park The park contains approximately 2.5 miles of paved or natural paths for walking, jogging, biking, and most other non-motorized activities. Lakes Park has also been designated by the American Heart Association as an official "Smart! Walking Path!"

Lakes Park began as a man-made area where rock was quarried during the 1960's. The water comes from groundwater influx, surface water run-off and rainfall. The depth varies from a few inches to over 20 feet. It covers 158 acres of the 279 acre facility. It was purchased by the County in 1978. In 1982 ground was broken and it was developed for recreational use.

The basic facility has remained relatively unchanged since. In 1991 the "Fragrance Garden" was introduced and has grown from a small area of fragrant herbs, flowers and plants to a botanical type status with wide variety of plants, trees, shrubs and ground cover. 

For a night out on the town the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Center is just minutes away. There you can take in live theatre or choose from an wonderful array of concerts, well known performers from all venues perform here regularly!! There are many wonderful restaurants to choose from whether you want casual or prefer to do the town in style you will find your hearts desire here in this tropical paradise. 

For even the most discriminating shopper there is a plethora of shopping malls, outlet malls, specialty shops and markets to satisfy any taste. If flea markets are your fancy Ft. Myers is home to some of the largest in SW Florida. Nearby Farmers Markets supply delicious fresh vegetables, fruits, mouth watering baked goods, fresh flowers and wonderful fresh seafood along with many other items. 

Let's not forget just to the South is the City of Naples, home to the Naples Philharmonic and Naples Museum and some of SW Florida's most beautiful beaches and dining/shopping opportunities!

This is it, your get away to the sun and fun of SW Florida, take a break from the harsh Winters of the North Country. It just doesn't get any better than this!!
