Lovely two bedroom ground floor condo in a active 55 and older community on Siesta Key. Siesta Harbor is a sailors paradise with private boat docks and it's own private lagoon.
This delightful condo is located right on the water and has been beautifully upgraded with new furniture in the living room and dining room. New flat screen TV's are in the living room & master bedroom. Free WiFi and cable are provided. The upgraded kitchen is very well stocked and has newer appliances. Relax on the screened in lanai and watch the dolphin play in the bay while you enjoy your morning coffee. The lanai is accessible from the living room as well as from the master suite.
The community has a deeded beach access and fabulous bay views with many amenities such as a heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, BBQ area with gas grills, billiard room, clubhouse and shuffleboard facilities. Neighboring Crescent and Siesta Village offer great shopping and dining choices. Stickney Point bridge is near the condo with easy access on and off of the island.
