Welcome to our home in Venture Out Resort at Panama City Beach. The 
location doesn't get any better than this. Located on Thomas Drive 
adjoining St. Andrews State Park. 

The community consists of 735 individual homes and has water 
frontage on both St. Andrews Bay and the gulf. This place will spoil 
you if you enjoy a family type atmosphere. Come make yourself at 
home. This is a gated community with full time guards at the 
entrance and they also patrol the community on a continuous basis. 
You and your family will not find a safer place. It is also unique 
since it has both access to the bay for boating and fishing along 
with a private ocean front beach area with clubhouse and pool on the 
beach. There is also another pool (heated) with a pavilion and 
recreation area on the bay.

Winter .. (11/1 - 02/28) ..  $90/night ..  $540/week .. $850/month 

There is a security deposit equal to 2 nights rent or a minimum $250 
which is refundable within 10 days after departure. Lodging tax is 
9.5% and there is a $50 cleaning fee.
