home. This is a gated community with full time guards at the
entrance and they also patrol the community on a continuous basis.
You and your family will not find a safer place. It is also unique
since it has both access to the bay for boating and fishing along
with a private ocean front beach area with clubhouse and pool on the
beach. There is also another pool (heated) with a pavilion and
recreation area on the bay.

There is a security deposit equal to 2 nights rent or a minimum $300
which is refundable within 10 days after departure. Lodging tax is
11.5% and there is a $90 cleaning fee. For monthly rentals guests are responsible for any power bill exceeding $50.00.
