Charming 1st level of Cape Cod with many special features. Only steps to the beach. Well equiped kitchen, private patio, extra shower in garage, gas grill. Washer, dryer, and extra fridge in garage. Family owned for many years - not your typical beach decor. Perfect for a small family or two couples. No smoking on entire premises. No pets. Bring your own bed linens and towels.
We had no damage from Hurricane Sandy. The beach in our area is in good condition. June and early July are still available.

LBI is a family oriented resort island with many restaurants and shops. Also many local grocery/farm stand type stores. Rent a bike, play mini-golf, go fishing, climb "Old Barney", visit the Beach Haven Museum, see a play, be a bird watcher at the Island bird sanctuary. Visit the fishing village for deep sea or just buy the fresh fish directly from the boat. Take a cruise to Atlantic City. Spend an evening at the water slide.
