If you are bringing a boat, there are two boat ramps available to you within one mile of the house. There are davits on the property for your use.

You will have private beach access with covered pavilions, BBQ grills, restroom facilities and showers located ¼ mile from the house. Walk, drive or bicycle. Just bring your picnic basket. There are beach chairs for your use. This private beach is open from sunrise to sunset.

This is a large home in a beautiful waterfront community with everything you need for a great vacation.  It features a king master suite w/ flat screen TV, private shower and walk out balcony, 2 queen bedroom each with their own private full bathroom. The master bedroom, living room and kitchen overlook the Gulf of Mexico and boasts of all the luxuries of home. The living room has 46” flat screen TV with over 200 channels including high def, DVD player a few movies to get you started.

Water from your in-ground hot tub cascades into the spacious swimming pool.  There is a fourth ½ bathroom within adjacent to the pool and hot tub.

Cook out on the screened-in lanai, which is accessible from the master bedroom, kitchen and living room. The spacious kitchen has been remodeled with new appliances and granite tops.

This vacation home is located about 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Local attractions include the historical Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, minutes away on the Anclote River, where you can take a sponge diver boat tour, dolphin tour, sample the best of Greek cuisine and night life with lots of shopping.

Fred Howard Park is also in Tarpon Springs with its fabulous white sand beaches. So bring a beach blanket and watch the windsurfers, parking is free and there are two playgrounds.

Crystal River is about 45 minutes north, featuring Florida Manatees. You can rent a boat from the marina and canoe up the crystal clear river or tube down river. Also, the Homosassa Wild life sanctuary allows for an up close and personal look at the rescued Manatees year round. As well as exotic bird shows, otters, alligators and more.

 Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are two excellent theme parks in the Tampa area, and only 45minutes from this property. The theme parks of Orlando, Disney World, Sea World etc are less than 2 hours away and are a very comfortable day trip.

 Clearwater & St.Pete beaches are south about 30 minutes and have everything from parasailing to speedboat tours and Pirate ships.  Pier 60 hosts nightly evening festivals and shops, lots of live bands, and restaurants w/fresh seafood. Visit the new Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg and take a trolley to the St. Pete Pier for lunch.

The historical town of Ybor City is found in Tampa and has many great shops, bands and is the oldest cigar capitol of America. And while your in Tampa you can also visit downtown Channelside & Harbor Island featuring many restaurants and shops by Tampa Bay also the Florida Aquarium, one of the top aquariums in the world, Lowery Park Zoo and the Museum of Science and Industry.
