Secluded Greene Lodge on Lake Keowee in Lake Keowee

Greene Lodge is 1.5 acres of paradise located on Lake Keowee in South Carolina off of Highway 183 on East Cove Road approximately 7 miles from the town of Seneca and and 12 miles from Clemson University. Lake Keowee has 18,500 acreas of water and a 300 mile shoreline that makes it a popular place for boating, fishing, water-skiing, swimming, camping and picnicking. Bring your boat or rent our jet skis to explore this pristine lake with all its natural beauty. We also provide a paddle boat for your enjoyment. There are wooded lots on each side of the house making it a perfect secluded getaway.

This beuatiful 4,200 square foot home was recently renovated and comfortably sleeps up to 16 people. A covered boat dock with 2 jet ski lifts along with another dock with slide for enjoying swimming/fishing in a deep water no wake cove. Public boat ramp is minutes away at Warpath Landing. Take in some sun on our sun deck, or enjoy a nightly fire in our firepit.  We have separate AC units for each floor, and each floor has a floor to ceiling gas fireplace equipped with a 42 inch flat screen TV on each floor with satellite TV and DVD player/surround sound system.

Greene Lodge has 6 bedrooms - 1 master bedroom, 2 rooms with queen beds, 1 room with 2 queen beds, 1 room with 2 twin beds, and 1 room with 4 bunk beds. Air mattresses are available if needed.

There are 4 bathrooms with showers. There is a a sitting room off of the master bedroom that has a tub and can access the top deck

Spacious family room on the main floor with access to top deck that includes large gas grill, rocking chairs for enjoying the view, or a hammock to catch an afternoon nap. Fully equipped kitchen with seating capacity for 10 on the main floor. Large capacity washer/dryer are also located on the main floor along with the master bedroom, bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds.

As you walk downstairs you will find a large recreation room that includes a 42 inch flat screen tv, a pool table, a ping pong table, authentic pinball machine and space invaders video game. We also have a refrigerator and ice machine on this floor along with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Access to the lower deck and the hot tub are on this floor. There is also an elliptical machine for your morning workout. There are also additional TV's for video games. PS2, Gamecube and Nintendo 64 are available for your use. There is also a selection of board games and poker chips available for your enjoyment.

The backyard is a gentle slope from the lake. Enjoy the firepit or the sundeck near the lake. Lifejackets and water toys are available for your use.

Tucked in the Northwest corner of South Carolins is truly a paradise found. The Blue Ridge Mountains serves as the backdrop and Lake Keowee the centerpiece of this beautiful setting. There are 18,500 acres of water and more than 300 miles of shoreline. Lake Keowee provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy nature. If you enjoy watersports you will  love the boating, water-skiing, jet skiing, and fishing on Lake Keowee. The area is surrounded by 1000's of acres of protected land with six state parks nearby. Golfers will enjoy the various public golfing options around Lake Keowee.

The town of Seneca is only minutes away. Every modern convenience including shops, restaurants, grocery stores, cinemas and a bowling alley can be found there. Lake Keowee is located only 45 minutes from Greenville, SC, 90 minutes from Atlanta and 2 hours from Charlotte. Only 20 minutes awayis the town of Clemson, home of the Clemson Tigers. In addition to their national ranked sports teams, Clemson's campus hosts 270 acres of Botanical Gardens and the Brooks Center for the Performing Arts.

April 1 to November 30............$3,500 weekly

December 1 to March 31...$2,765 weekly

partial weeks(at least 3 night stay) are available for $395 per night (Dec.-March) to $500 night (April- November).

Plus cleaning fee of $175, renters insurance of $49 and state and local taxes of 10%.

Reservations are based solely on depostis received. A deposit must be received in order to confirm your stay. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

The balance is due 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, at which point the rental fee is nonrefundable.

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded. For cancellation within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date, we will refund the taxes and damage deposit. If we are able to rebook the property, we will also refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day that is filled.
