Vacation at South Seas Resort's Beach Villas, in a lovely 1100  
square foot, two bedroom, two bath beachfront Condo with balcony  
overlooking the pool, a pristine 2 1/2 mile beach and the Gulf of  
Mexico. Enjoy superb views of the ocean, pool, and lush tropical  
flora from the comfort of the screened lanai and living room! South  
Seas Resort, occupying the entire northern portion of Captiva  
Island, is a world renown topical paradise with over two and one  
half miles of pristine beaches, excellent fishing and sailing, gulf- 
edge golf, tennis programs, stunning sunsets, abundant wildlife, and  
wonderful restaurants. 
 
Newly renovated and decorated! Sleeps six people, with two large  
bedrooms featuring king, full and twin beds, as well as a spacious  
living room with sleep sofa. Amenities include air conditioning, 
phone, two TVs with cable & video/DVD , linens and towels,  
washer/dryer in  complex, wall-mounted hair dryers, and wireless  
high speed internet  access. A full kitchen features a microwave  
oven, cookware and  utensils, dishwasher, and outside grills. A  
private screened balcony overlooks the heated pool, a beautiful  
beach, and Gulf shore of Captiva Island. This Captiva resort offers  
year-round vacation, with a cool ocean breeze in the summer and a  
warm Florida Winter. A  pristine, white sand beach with blue water  
and a gorgeous palm lined swimming pool, in view from the Condo's  
screened lanai and living room. 
 
Captiva Island and adjacent Sanibel Island are world famous vacation  
destinations located off Florida's gulf coast. They are readily  
accessed within 24 miles of Southwest Florida International Airport  
and connected to the mainland by a 3-mile toll causeway. In addition  
to the famous beaches, these islands offer many experiences. Explore  
the islands via bike paths. Every type of boating and water sport is  
available; there is excellent fishing and the Islands are world  
famous for shelling. The islands boast terrific golf and tennis,  
great shops and exceptionally fine restaurants. Sanibels wonderful  
J.N.'Ding'Darling Bird and Wildlife Sanctuary features unique birds,  
alligators and other wildlife. 
 
One of Captiva's most reliable vacation rental management firms will  
service our guests, providing check-in services, and maid services  
prior to and after your stay. If you need any assistance, they are  
fully staffed and have an after-hours telephone number. Additional  
maid serviceas, cribs, rollaway beds and other child care or guest  
convenience items are available at additional charge. Trip insurance  
is also available.
