Welcome to 5241 Estero Boulevard, a newly renovated and beautiful
3 bedroom, 3 bath Villa that can accommodate up to 8 people. It is located mid
island with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from its two balconies and living areas.

This unique property is just across the street from seven miles of white sugar sand beach. 
It offers two fantastic living spaces to share with family and friends.

The owners have spent a lot of time and attention to detail in their renovations to this Villa. 
Everything inside is new, from the flooring to the furnishings which include new appliances, new bathrooms and a new kitchen.  You can’t help but notice the owners flair for details by how tastefully decorated this Villa is.  They have tried to provide you with all the comforts of home in a relaxing beach casual atmosphere.

One flight up brings you to your vacation retreat villa entrance.  You are greeted by a
lovely tiled balcony where you can sit and take in the salt air, sea breeze and
Gulf views. As you enter, you’ll find a cozy sitting, dining and kitchen area
with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

A charming bedroom with two twin beds and a lovely
ensuite bathroom and in-room TV, is located just off the sitting area. Bright
sunshine streams into another tastefully decorated bedroom with a king bed and
a TV for late night viewing. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway.

Ascend the spiral staircase to another large, cozy
living space equipped with comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa for any
additional guests, a large flat screen TV and games table for cards, scrabble
or puzzling.   You’ll love the views of
the Gulf of Mexico and beach area from both
living areas. 

A spacious master bedroom with a large walk in
closet and a king bed await you after a relaxing day at the beach. Before you
retire though, have a seat on your private balcony, surrounded by tropical
vegetation, and watch our exceptional sunsets over the Gulf
of Mexico.

A washer and dryer, BBQ grill and high speed cable
internet are also provided for your use during your stay.

A Publix grocery store is only four blocks away. You
may want to forget all about the groceries and continue to walk right behind
Publix to the five star Bay Front Bistro restaurant located on beautiful Estero Bay.  The marina behind Publix can also provide you with bait for catching your own dinner, or boat rentals and excursions are also available.

Take some time to explore the island. A trolley, at fifty cents per person, runs south to Lovers Key State Park where you can swim, shell and bird watch.  Maybe you’ll be lucky enough
to catch sight of dolphins frolicking. On the return trip, stop off at Santini
Mall where you can visit unique shops and restaurants.

There is plenty to keep you busy after a day of sunning. At our Beach Theatre, you an order a meal, relax in comfy chairs and watch a movie. Take that trolley north just three miles to Time Square for more shopping, eateries and night life.

Enjoy a day or evening out on the Big M Casino boat or take the ferry to Key West.
The Fort Myers Beach golf course is right down the street if a round of golf is on your agenda. Further out, you can visit the Ford and Edison Museums, The Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center,
the Naples Zoo, or take an airboat or swamp buggy ride through theEverglades.

To the above rates add a departure cleaning fee of $160-$170, a $40 nonrefundable
booking fee, a $-$100 nonrefundable damage waiver fee, and 11% Florida Sales Tax.  Rates include all utilities.
