This is a Charming 3 bedroom home that was recently rennovated. It
is very close to the Lake, a short walk to town and the beach. The
train is also very close for commuters to NYC. Save Gas -

Station--walk to the house and then use our bikes to get around town
for your vacation! Spring Lake's downtown has great shopping and

New this summer is a backyard cottage that can be used as additional
living space, a home office, a playroom, a study or anything you can
imagine for it! It is a remodeled carriage house on the
property that looks brand new and ready to be used!!
It is a 2 story home on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. We
have a large backyard and a lovely Deck with umbrella and dining
furniture. There is a Large enclosed outdoor shower with
dressing area. The home also has a lovely enclosed front porch with
wicker furniture. There are wood floors throughout. The home comes
equipped with Washer/Dryer & A/C.

This home has been carefully decorated in a casual beach house
style. Perfect for your family for the summer. We offer garage use
for storage of bikes, or beach chairs. Fully furnished with
matching linens, kitchen is well stocked. We offer our bikes to you
on your stay. We will also be including a stocked beach locker at
South End Pavillion, which includes pool, shower and restroom
access as well as beach.

Summer renters will have utilities included in the rate. We now
offer summer renters High Speed Internet and bi-monthly professional
cleaning. In addition the Summer Season will feature a beach locker
stocked with chairs, towels and beach toys for your enjoyment, badges
are included as well. We offer videos, board games, backyard games
for your use during your vacation. Our house is turnkey, stocked
with things you'll enjoy on your vacation.

Off-Season Renters will enjoy beautiful Fall Weather and enjoy the
leaves changing and the crisp Fall Days walking the boardwalk and
downtown. Winter turns Spring Lake into a Warm and Cozy
wonderland!

Spring Lake is an old fashioned Victorian town with a charming main
street of antique stores, old fashioned chocolate shops, gourmet
butcher's with a full line of prepared foods as well as art
galleries and an Irish shop. There is no shortage of things to do in
this wonderful town. There are several ice cream palors in walking
distance.
The two mile noncommercial boardwalk is delightful at any time of
year. It is popular among the runners and joggers thru every season.
Shopping in the quaint village of Spring Lake includes cafe dining,
old fashioned chocolate shops, gourmet butcher's with a full line of
prepared foods as well as art galleries and an Irish shop. There is
no shortage of things to do in this wonderful town.
The lake is ideal for fishing(it is stocked every year) and boating
and the salt water pond on the south end of town is a great place
for crabbing.

month plus utilities. Individual months at a higher rate.
