The master suite has a king sized bed and the guest bedroom has a queen with a pull out sofa in the living room. Full kitchen with stainless appliances and Corian countertops. Dockage can accommodate a 50 foot boat with over 60' of deepwater dockage.

Want to cool off, take a dip in the home's large private pool or take a dip in this crystal clear lagoon free of the noise and congestion you'd encounter on many of the canal homes. Or grap our double ocean kayaks, your fins and a mask and explore the crystal clear Gulf just a few paddles from this home.

We provide kayaks and beach cruiser bikes to guests at no additional charge. These toys will come in handy, as this is not your typical canal home that are rented throughout Marathon. This one has open water, privacy and an un-obstructed view. This property overlooks a large water cove, deepest point is 25 feet. So much marine life to enjoy right from the dock, including tarpon tailing, manatees, rays and porpoises and snapper. Beyond the cove is the Gulf of Mexico, to the east is Vaca Cut ocean access and to the west 7 mile bridge ocean access. Bring your boats and jet skis because there is also plenty of room for them along with your vehicles and trailers.

Just bring your boat, dive gear & tackle! If you don't have a boat, we'll guide you to boat rentals and they can deliver one right to your dock.
