Our gorgeous Bransbury Villa is located in the subdivision of Lindfields, less then 10 minutes from Disney. Lindfields is conveniently placed for those who wish to explore all the many and varied attractions that Florida has to offer. This spacious four-bedroom two and a half-bath villa with 100% Private Swimming Pool and Lake View offers master bedroom with Queen size bed, private bath, walk in closet, TV & DVD Player and has a view to the pool.
Upstairs second bedroom has a Queen size bed. There are two other rooms with two Twin beds in each.
The 2 living rooms are fully furnished and the big living room includes a 47 in. full HD TV. A Blu Ray Player and movie library.
Wireless Internet is in the house as well, so feel free to bring your Laptop and don`t miss out on emails you receive.
The formal dining room is furnished with a dining table for 6. The spacious kitchen with family breakfast nook is fully equipped with all the usual conveniences.
The house has a laundry room with washer and dryer. The pool area is screened. FREE SOLAR pool heat.
