As soon as you enter the house, you will experience one of the best views to be experienced in nearby area. While relaxing in the serene hills, you will be a few minutes' drive from downtown Santa Barbara, State Street the historic Mission, and all the sites and shopping SB has to offer. Santa Barbara's East Beach is only minutes from the house as well.

The House:
Newly remodeled by the owner, you will be able to live a life of luxury & comfort. Hardwood floors throughout a multi-story playground of entertainment rooms and decks that overlook city to ocean views of Santa Barbara. A "Chef's Kitchen" features a fully stocked first class cooking experience with top of the line appliances, granite tops and large kitchen island to spare. The living room is equally spectacular with designer furniture, large fireplace, a flat screen entertainment area and huge wall-wall windows that perfectly frame a view that will not be matched in all of Upper Riviera.

Master & Other Bedrooms:
The master bedroom suite is newly remodeled and decorated with a new King Size bed, gas fireplace, and entertaining seating - flat screen TV area. Better than any hotel could offer, you will have access to the master bath which has a large Jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and a shower with full floor to ceiling glass overlooking your outdoor backyard - paradise. The 2 other bedrooms are also recently remodeled and can sleep 4 others easily.
