45 min to Montreal or Mont Tremblant.This is a Retreat away from the big city noise.Our villa has 3 
levels.It is spaceous and very comfortable.Located halfway up a small mountain you will need a 4x4 car in the 
winter.5 min drive to Mont Habitant Ski Centre.8 min to St. Sauveur town centre with many fine restaurants and 
boutiques. X-country skiing from  doorsteps. 10 min walk to a private swimming beach on Lac des Chats.
Main floor:Garage. 
2 livingrooms each with a fieldstone fireplace,1 gaz,1 woodburning, 
Laundryroom with European frontload Washer Dryer,double sink and toilet, 
sunny kitchen  with dining area,
separate diningroom , Table for 10,  
access to wrap-around patio  with BBQ. 
Watch the sunrise + the deer pass by .  .
Upstairs:3 bedrs,2 bathrs.Balcony, Masterbedr. with ensuite bathr. Double shower, double tub-spa.
Lower floor: alcove with a queensize bed , separate toilet and shower,

provided.All beds have down duvets. 
Masterbedr. has a kingsize bed,anjacent big bathr. with 2-person 
jaccuzzi + big shower, double sink.
2nd. bedr. with a queensize bed ,patio door onto a balcony.
3rd bedr. with a babycrib and 2 single beds, door to the balcony.
On the lower floor:
The kitchen is fully equipped.Dishwasher, Microwave,Subzero 
Freezer/Refrigerator,Fridge,round table, childrens' table + 4 
childrens'chairs + a highchair for an infant.
 
Satellite TV.2 phone lines, one for internet connection.

US$1500/week + heat-or air condition. US$500 safety deposit required.
The monthly Rental Rate is US$3000 + utilities (gaz,electricity)
A safety Deposit of US$500 is required.
December 21.-Jan.3.: US$3000 + heat, Safety deposit US$500.
The rent includes: snow removal,maidservice 1x/week.The huge lawn and 
flower garden are cared for by our gardener.
