Our Classic Beach House is perfect for a weekend or week at the
beach with family and friends. This 1700 sq. ft. house is just a
short 1/2 block walk to a beautiful sand beach and two blocks from a
wonderful golf course. It's an easy 15 minute walk to downtown (either on beach or bikepath) for
morning coffee, lunch or dinner.
This is a two-story house furnished and decorated to give it that
classic beach house feel. The bedroom downstairshas a king sized bed, TV and VCR. Now includes FREE INSTANT MOVIES FROM NETFLIX!
Upstairs are three bedrooms and a
bathroom. One bedroom has a queen & a twin bed. One has a queen and one
has 2 full beds. All rooms have TVs and DVD Players. Free High speed Internet is included. Please

Downstairs there is a dining room with dining set for 8.
A full bath. The kitchen is complete with
small appliances, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, microwave. Utility room
has washer & dryer.

If you’re unfamiliar with Manzanita, check it out on the web.
You’ll find it among the most charming coastal towns anywhere. There
are an amazing variety of outdoor activities. The town is situated
on seven miles of clean sand beach protected from the north winds by
Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain. Manzanita is surrounded by state parks and
state forests providing hiking and sporting activities including
fishing. On the south side of Manzanita is pristine Nehalem bay
ideal for kayaking, crabbing, fishing and boating. If you haven’t
visited Manzanita, you’re in for a treat.

The Classic Beach House rents for $145 per night off season, $185
per night summer (July and August through Sept1)
plus 9% City/County tax and cleaning with a two night minimum in the
off season and one week minimum in the summe.
