Vacation Rental Description

This brand-new, large, beautiful townhouse provides five large 
comfortable bedrooms and four full baths. On the first floor there 
is a large bedroom with direct access to a full bathroom for an 
elderly or physically-challenged person, or just for anyone who does 
not want to do the stairs. Every bedroom has a direct door into a 
bathroom. Marble floors downstairs and bamboo flooring upstairs. Two 
and-a-half blocks to the beautiful Wildwood Crest beach and the 
boardwalk is within short walking distance.

All bedrooms have TVs and in the house there are two DVDs and a VCR 
player. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. Two bedrooms have 
queen beds and there are two twin beds in each of the other two 
bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. Movies in VCR 
and DVD are provided for all ages.

Rental Info:
No pets. No smoking. Tenants supply linens and towels. Check-in 2:00 
pm Saturday, check-out 10:00 am the following Saturday. Deposit of 
$350 required within one week to reserve your week. Lease will be 
immediately mailed to you upon receipt of your deposit. Signed Lease 
and 40% of weekly rental is due within two weeks of mailing of Lease 
with balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your initial $350 
deposit will serve as security deposit and will be returned within 
15 days of Lease end.
There is a $75 cleaning fee that will be added to each rental period.
