This beautiful and unique home has it all…breathtaking views of Smith Mountain Lake, huge dock perfect for swimming and boating, oversized patio for entertaining and much more.  From the moment you pull into the driveway you will love everything from the private setting of the house to the cozy inviting décor.  A full size pool table right off the living room is a great place to hang out as well as the large sunroom overlooking the water.  The sauna is also a great place to relax.  All 3 bedrooms have wide water views.  You will want to return to this sunny spot year after year as most people who stay here do!

Summer- $1475/week (Sat - Sat only)

Spring/Fall- $150/night   $1035/week

Winter- $125/night   $885/week

+ 10% tax, $110 cleaning fee,$45 damage insurance,$50 reservation fee.

1/2 of the total amount is due on a MC or Visa the same day you book.  Remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival date.  If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date, the total amount will be due. All fees are non-refundable.
