We do NOT rent for large parties, weddings, family reunions, etc. We do not rent for the explicit use of minors – such as spring break, graduation week, frat parties, etc. We cater to families and sportsmen.

If you don’t hear from me, it is because your email address or phone message was not usable. E-mailed inquiries will be seen first – I cannot retrieve phone messages until I get home from work. If I do not call, please call me back between 6:30-9:00 pm.

We post the depth of the water at the end of our dock and our photos show the view from the balcony. When shopping for lakefront rentals, ALWAYS ASK about water depth, view and terrain because photos are quite often deceiving.

For those of you who are not familiar with Clarks Hill / Strom Thurmond Lake, it is a 70,0000 acre lake with approximately 1,200 miles of shoreline. At full pool (usually Spring), we have about 14 feet of water depth at the end of our dock, but the Army Corps of Engineers are known to raise and lower the lake levels to accommodate conditions throughout the year. Always check with the Army Corps of Engineers for lake conditions if this is a concern. Deduct current depth for the lake from 330ft. Then subtract that number from 14 ft. to get the current depth at our dock.
