River Run Condominiums located in New Braunfels, Texas, are resort and vacation rental condos strategically located near the beginning of the sparkling Comal River with tube rentals right next door!  Our vacation rentals are perfect for your lodging needs!  Vacationers enjoy tubing on the Comal River as well as other activities such as Schlitterbahn Water Park, golf, museums, antiquing and other area attractions near New Braunfels, Texas.  Families have been coming to New Braunfels and tubing on the Comal River for decades!  In fact, we have many repeat customers year after year!  One of the benefits of staying with us is that you can swim in front of our complex without all the river traffic!  Our grounds are perfect for enjoying a picnic and watching the kiddos swim on those warm lazy summer afternoons.  But that's not all...for those who are not familiar with the Comal, it's a lazy spring-fed river which stays a constant 72 degrees all year round so even our Winter guests can enjoy it too!  We offer nightly, weekly (discounted from nightly rate) and monthly rentals!  We offer great rental rates for your family vacation!

While we boast about our location on the Comal River for that long tube ride (we're located above the city tube chute), we're also very near downtown so you're just minutes away from a nearby theater, shops, restaurants, antique stores, boutiques, and other water-oriented activities.  We are within walking distance to Wurstfest and even the local park and public golf course are within a short walk or drive.  Many of our guests walk to Naegelin's Bakery for breakfast!  Historic Gruene is always a popular spot so you won't want to miss it either!  Remember ask for Condo #302A
