      - Cancellation - More than 60 days of arrival date granted full refund.  30-60 days of arrival deposit forfeited.  Within 30 days of arrival date no refund.  

      - Maximum 10 persons overnight, maximum 14 at any time, limited parking with no parking on street, quiet nieghborhood, sound curfew
