The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, sink, dishes and utensils. The bathroom also boasts a new vanity/countertop and large tiled shower.

Walk or ride to downtown Dunedin for shopping and dining. The property is located across the street from 47 mile long Pinellas Trail which extends from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. The Jolly Trolly is also available for your transportation needs for just $4 per day. Tickets for the Jolly Trolly are available at the front desk and will take you to beaches and other points of interest. If you have your own transportation, it's a short drive to Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island and Tarpon Springs (sponge docks). Approximately 50 minutes to Busch Gardens, 90 minutes to Orlando/Disney and 30 minutes to Tampa.
