Cancellation opens week of July 6 for a reduced rate of $950.00 (based on double occupancy only) Seawinds is a beautiful oceanview studio efficiency with Private Beach. Our unit features all the comforts of home, air conditioning, cable tv with HBO, WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, deck overlooking the ocean and extra privacy being an end unit. Being a studio, this unit is most suited/comfortable for two people. A cathedral ceiling with sky light and ceiling fan adds to the openness of the efficiency. A sleeping loft overlooks the bedroom/living area and is suitable for and older child. Sit on your deck and watch as the cape cod fog rolls in at night and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Prime summer weeks and early fall books up early...don't delay, it's all about location, location, location. (you must provide your own linens). We have two other beautiful efficiencies (not oceanview but both less than 3 minute walk to the beach). please contact me if further information.

Amenities at Seawinds is never ending...A/C, wireless internet, end unit, extended cable tv, deck overlooking nantucket sound, private beach, fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, lovely common back yard with built in charcoal grills and picnic tables.

Swimming, infamous cape cod bike trail (starts in Dennis), parasailing, antiquing, golf, minigolf, fabulous restaurants, ferrys to both islands, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard minutes away. Dennisport is located mid cape making it extremely convenient to vist Provincetown and Falmouth in less than an hour.
