Waters Edge is one of the premier vacation rentals in Destin Florida. Formerly know as“Southern Splendor” this vacation home boasts 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, private pool, ocean views and plenty of parking.  The main house has 4 bedrooms and a loft that also serves as a bedroom. The Carriage House above the garage is it’s own little piece of paradise. It also has a sleeper sofa, kitchen, its own laundry facility and a bedroom. Perfect for the kids or a Mother in Law suite.

This home has been recently updated and features wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico, a very desirable PRIVATE POOL, FLAT PANELTV’s and DVD players in every bedroom. The spacious living room features comfrotable sofas and chairs, a home theater with surround sound system, Blue Ray DVD, i-Pod dock, outdoor pool speakers and spacious sofas and chairs. Each floor has its own thermostat/HVAC system. 

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a great vacation week including a Sub Zero refrigerator, gas cooktop, chef knives and cooking utensils.  There is also a Whirlpool icemaker so you should never run out of ice with your large family. The gas grill on the porch is also perfect for cooking outdoors.  We try to provide you with everything you will need for your favorite Destin Vacation!

The Carriage House above the garage features its own kitchen and eat-in bar; it has an additional washer and dryer,  private bedroom with King bed and living room with sleeper sofa.

WATERS EDGE is located just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and has sweeping ocean views.  It is located in the Crystal Beach community of Destin and is centrally located to all Destin has to offer, shopping, restaurants, fishing, are all only a few miles in either direction.

The private pool has optional heating and may be selected during the online booking process.

WATERS EDGE also features 2  laundry facilities. One Laundry Room in the main house and a separate washer/dryer in the CARRIAGE HOUSE.
