This beautifully located townhome is beachside with only a short
walk to the beach, which means easy access without having to cross a
highway. This complex is very unique as each unit has an attached
single car garage. The area is quite peaceful and quiet, but close
enough to Historic St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Orlando or Daytona
Beach which has much to offer. We are in close proximity to grocery
stores, outlet malls, fine dining, fishing, golfing and boating.

Our townhome is an end unit which provides more sunshine, daylight
and ocean breezes. Guests have access to the pool which is only
steps away or enjoy a walk to the beach which is approx. 300' from
our complex. The first floor has been recently renovated with all
new Italian ceramic tile floors, new furniture in the Living Room and
the sofa has a pull out queen size bed. There is also a Color TV,
CD/Stereo and VCR. A patio off the Living Room provides outdoor
furniture to sit and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped...
toasteroven, microwave, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, refrigerator
w/ice maker, kitchen utensils and new kitchen cabinets. The dining
area is between the kitchen and living room. The first floor full
size bathroom has also been recently remodeled with Italian ceramic
tile. The washer/dryer is located in the garage. On the second
floor, there is another full size bath. The master bedroom has a
king size bed, a Color TV and a balcony overlooking the courtyard,
pool and swaying palm trees. There are 2 twin beds in the
guestroom, Color TV/VCR and has a sundeck off of it. All linens
are provided. **No Pets - No Smokers**

$625.00 weekly rental deal only applies if paying by check, money order or certified check.  If you want to charge your rental fee on Visa, MC or Discover there is a $35.00 additional fee.

Prior to your arrival, you must pay your rental fees by credit card,
money order, travelers check or certified check. If using a personal
or business check, rental fees must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
No foreign checks are accepted.
30 day notice of cancellation is required for refund of $250.00
