Beautiful 2 bedroom beach house on the water, over looking Stewart Island, Vancouver Island, Northern San Juan and the Gulf Islands.

Features: 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom,Gas Fireplace, 3 parking places. Accommodates a total of 6. All linens provided.

Furnishings:

Gas Fireplace, 3 couches, 1 couch opens into a queen size sleeper bed when necessary. 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and slider out to a shady private wood deck. Bedroom 2 has twin beds in a natal theme.

Open floor plan, floor to ceiling windows with breath taking views of the sea. Very Peaceful and warm.

Stain glass windows on top towards the ceiling in the living room, plenty of room with 3 couches and table and chairs.

everything you could want is there for your pleasure of home from toothpaste to wine glasses.

All linens provided and extra blankets pillows are located in the window seats.

Award Winning Golf Courses within minutes of the Beach House. State Park within walking distance. Walking Trails,  Biking, long beach walks with the tide going out quarter of a mile leaving small pools of creatures to glaze at and to collect agates and shells on the sandy beaches.

Wine shops, coffee shops, and shopping.

Famous old fashion candy shop, water slides, go carts, bike rentals, movies.

Several outdoor restaurants with music.

Whale Watching Trips, clamming, oysters, Crabbing all within season.

Windsurfing, Sailing, Stoking and water skiing

Summer months are from June through Sept. weekly rents only at this time.

1/2 is due as a deposit when reserving your date.

A receipt with rental agreement is than sent to you.

The remaining monies are due on arrival.

We require a $250.00 cleaning deposit which $200.00 is returned to you when left as you have found the beach house.

You will forfeit your deposit if canceled within 30 days.

We rent on a 3 day min. during the winter months which are October through May.

We are also pet friendly, doggie stay is $20.00 daily.
