Our beautiful, charming, one floor cottage is very conveniently
located at 9901-2nd Avenue and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the
beautiful, soft sandy, beach and 1 1/2 blocks from the stores and
restaurants in downtown Stone Harbor. It has offstreet parking for 2
cars! Walk to everything!
This property consists of 2 structures. The "Cottage" (sleeps 6 with
a double sleep sofa in the living room) with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2
baths and the "Garden Studio" (sleeps 2 with a double sleep sofa)
which is attached to the garage and has the 3rd bedroom with 1/2
bath. Teenages love the "Garden Studio"!

Inside amenities of the "Cottage" include a fully equiped kitchen
with dishwasher + double sink, washer + dryer, wood floors with area
rugs, 2 ceiling fans, 2 window a/c units, telephone, color TV with
upgraded cable, VCR, DVD player, clock radios, microwave, toaster,
coffee maker, pots + pans, dishes, utensils, double sleep sofa in
the
living room, and a WONDERFUL SCREENED PORCH with furniture and
another ceiling fan. There are 1 1/2 baths in the "Cottage" and the
full bath is large with a bath tub.
Inside amenities of the "Garden Studio" include a double sleep sofa,
1/2 bath, ceiling fan, table and chairs. The teenagers really love
our "Garden Studio"!
Outside amenities include offstreet parking for 2 cars, semi-
secluded
patio with furniture, small deck with furniture, outside shower with
hot + cold water, charcoal bar-b-que.
