Pine Mountain is beautiful mountain village that is rich in the seasons and located in the Los Padres National Forest. With only one hour drive up the 5 Fwy from L.A. 2 hours from Santa Barbara, 1 1/2 hours from Ventura and 1 hour from Bakersfield, this makes a perfect weekend get-a-way!!
This lovely home sits on the executive style golf course at Pine Mountain Club, with the beautiful mountains behind and in view. It has a wonderful deck for entertaining, reading and general leisure.
The living and dining room and kitchen areas are open with floor to ceiling windows, and sliding doors that lead to a huge private deck overlooking the golf course and mountains beyond.
The living room has a lovely rock fireplace, and seats 8 people very comfortably. Both the Lliving Room and Master Bedroom Suite have large flat screen televisions.
The Master Suite has a king bed and a large bedroom area with a queen futon. It has it's own fireplace, full bath and office.
