"The Nest" cottage is located just a stones throw from the grounds of Chautauqua. This 2 bedroom designer cottage is furnished with our collection of antiques and special finds. Situated in Wahmeda, a tranquil lakeside community with expansive yards and gardens, it is a restful vacation haven, yet only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of all Chautauqua has to offer.

Owned by a designer, the house is beautifully decorated and we are seeking renters that appreciate this and will care for our treasures as you would your own. Fully furnished, luxury linens, dishes, etc. are provided and kitchen is well equipted.

Parking for two cars, you can walk to Chautauqua and take the Elm Gate tram or walk/bike to all activities. Very comfortably furnished, the large living/dining area opens to a large wrap around deck with lake views and beautiful trees. The lake is just a minute walk away and the rental includes the use of our private dock (shared with one neighbor). 

Bathrooms are on the main floor. There are 2 quaint, dormer style bedrooms upstairs: one bedroom has 1 queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds and a queen bed. (4 beds total - Sleeps 6). Pack and Play "crib" provided should you need it.

No smoking. Dog OK upon approval.

Available for weekly rentals (Sat. - Sat.) June, July and August 2013.

$1,350 per week (plus cooupancy tax). July 4th week $1450. For a full monthly rental a reduced rate will be offered.

50% deposit required to make a reservation. $100 additional pet deposit required per furry friend.

50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the week. 50% balance and $100 refundable security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival. 

Must have prior approval to bring a pet. Pet deposit +$100
