Very clean, year round, one (1) bedroom condominium at the Tides
Oceanview Condominiums at 504 East 17th Avenue in North Wildwood. This
is 17th and the Beach! This unit is 500 square feet.

We are Unit #105 on the First Floor right off the heated pool.
There are No steps to climb.

Beach block- We are steps to the 17th Street Beach and the Boardwalk.
North Wildwood's Boardwalk begins at 16th street and goes to 26th street.

Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals $995 USD per week in season. This unit
sleeps six(6)very comfortably. We rent to a maximum of six(6)people
including infants.

Catch the tram car at 17th and the Boardwalk to the Wildwood's world
famous amusements and water park. When you are finished with your
boardwalk fun, catch the tram car back to your condo. You will get a
good nights sleep because 17th street is at the quiet part of the
boardwalk.

Central air, gas heat, full kitchen with dishwasher, full size
refrigerator and oven, tiled bath with tub & shower. Sleeps 6.

New living room furniture and beds purchased March 2005. New paint
and carpet through out unit completed in April 2005.

The bedroom has two full size pillow top mattresses, a full size
dresser, a closet to store your belongings plus lots of room to move
within the room. The beds are not your typical rental beds. We have
received many positive comments about how comfortable our beds are
for our guests. The bedroom has plenty of room for a Pack and Play for
your child.

The living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa with an upgraded
mattress purchased in April 2005. The sleeper sofa mattress is also
very comfortable. Brand new ceiling fan added August 2005.

The kitchen and bathroom floors have beautiful cream colored 12 x 12
tiles. The living room, dining room and bedroom have Williamsburg blue
carpeting. The carpet was installed in April 2005. The carpet is an
upgraded version as well as the carpet pad. The carpeting is shampooed
twice in season, before the season begins and at the end of the
season. We like our place to stay nice for us and our guests!

There is a Television in the Living Room and one in the Bedroom each
with upgraded cable including Disney, Nick Jr, CNN and FOX from
April to October. We have basic cable on each from October to April.
Each TV also have a remote. There is a DVD player in the Living room
and a VCR in the bedroom. Each of them also have their own remotes.

Pool is heated throughout the season. Multiple chaise lounge
chairs surround the pool with umbrellas and tables for eating.

Microwave, coffee machine with coffee bean grinder, toaster, blender,
full size refrigerator and a full size stove.

Dining room table and chairs were purchased in July 2007. The table is
cherry with a granite table top. The chairs are cherry with padded
seats. This set seats four comfortably.

The dining room chandelier was purchased in August 2005. It is tiffany
glass and has a dimmer switch.

Brand new front door and storm door purchased June 2006. The front
door has keyless entry. You will receive your own private code that
expires at the end of your stay. This is for your safety so we can
guarantee that a previous rental did not copy keys and will walk in on
your family. You also don't have to worry about losing keys at the
beach! If you forget your code, call us and we will provide a new one
for you.

Brand new Central A/C and Gas Heater installed November 2006. We
maintain our HVAC system. In season, the filters are changed monthly.
Off season the filter is changed every 3 months. We flush the system
in May and in October.

Assigned off street parking spot for one(1)car. Outside shower, bike
racks are under cover, two(2)outside grills for your use. On site coin
operated washer and dryer.

We only rent to families and to those who are over age 25.
No smoking or pets.
No proms or senior week rentals.
Our condominium is very family oriented.

Steps to the beach and boardwalk. One block to the playground on 16th
Avenue. 17th street has a ramp at the boardwalk for easy access for all.

Ride your bike on the boardwalk in the morning. There are many local
places for you to rent bikes for the whole family.
Go to the beach in the afternoon.

Enjoy the boardwalk in the evening. North Wildwood's boardwalk
begins at 16th street. We are within walking distance to Pompeo's,
Adam's & Samuels'restaurants.

This complex is perfect for families with small children.

There are even activities for rainy days--
You can walk to the indoor water park at the Montego Bay Resort
which is next door to us.

Refundable Security Deposit of $200 USD on all rentals.

In Season rate is $995 USD weekly.
Please note- We only rent weekly Sunday to Sunday from Memorial Day through Labor
Day.
