Our immaculate waterview beach house is located in a beach and boating community in Southold, New York, only a mile from the historic village of Greenport.

It's the perfect place to relax and take in the North Fork's pristine beaches, award-winning wineries, antique shops, art galleries, and many other attractions including the U.S.'s 6th largest water park.

Beach themed home with designer furnishings, central A/C,one half an area of secluded property Completely renovated including , central air, all hardwood and ceramic tile floors, wireless high speed interent access. 

Master bedroom has its own full bathroom, king size bed,
down comforter, pillows and cable TV. Second bedroom has a
queen size memory foam bed with cable TV, down comforter and pillows
and third bedroom equipped with one full and one twin beds. Cable TV.
The livingroom and family room have a duel fireplace.

Large eat in kitchen with all appliances including microwave,
dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.... Family room has
cable Large screen 42" LCD HDTV, VCR, DVD, fireplace, leather
sectional with lounge end and a book case with books, videos and
board games. A high wooden ceiling with ceiling fan and French doors
leading out to two big decks with deck furniture and two gas BBQ's.
Ground level laundry room with a slop sink and outside entrance.

kitchen. Lawn care provided. No smoking indoors.
