Luxury Historic 3 storey secluded house on 19 acres, mostly wooded with large lawn in front and side. Circular drive for easy access with extra parking space and 3 car garage behind carriage house (Carriage house is not available to renters). House lies at end of private
road 1/3 mile in length at almost the highest point in the county of Chenango. There is a 300 ft almost unused tower, previously used as a major microwave link about 600 ft from the house.
