53rd Avenue  in the Private Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle  
Beach.  
 
Beautiful and very luxuriously decorated 12th floor corner unit  
OCEAN FRONT... you can see the entire ocean & coast & salt marshes  
in North Myrtle Beach.  
This unit is unique in that there are no other near-by condominiums  
obstructing any of the bedroom views so you can see for miles!!!  
{SLEEPS 14 - 2Queens, 2fulls, 2 twin bunk beds & 1 Queen sleeper}  
 
In addition, there are incredible views of the salt marshes. You can  
see the ocean from any where in the kitchen, living room and master  
bedroom. 4bed/3bath just over 1,800 SQUARE FEET (1,600sqft and  
200sqft balcony). Huge 200sqft double bay 27 foot long balcony with  
access from both living room & the large king-size master suite. The  
bedrooms have either or both salt marsh views and ocean views.  
 
The master suite includes a grand view of the ocean, a private  
jacuzzi bathtub with jets and seperate shower, his and her seperate  
sink ,walk in closet and private 27" flat panel LCD wide screen TV.  
The second bedroom has a private TV with DVD/VCR & private bathroom.  
The third bedroom has a private TV and bathroom access.  
The fourth bedroom has a private TV and bathroom access.  
All the bedrooms have great views!!!  
Fully equipped luxury full size kitchen includes:  
Granite counter tops with under-mount stainless steel sink and  
luxury chrome faucet.  
Custom tiled backsplash with matching tiled bar kick  
Under cabinet lighting, oven, refrigerator with filtered water and  
ice maker, smooth ceramic glass radiant cooktop, microwave, toaster  
oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker 
(coffee/sugar/creamer provided), blender, waffle maker, food  
chopper, fryar, all plates, utensils, pots/pans etc...it has  
everything.  
Living room has a 51 inch widescreen HDTV projection TV with DVD  
player, amazing ocean front views and balcony access. Living room  
sofa will fold out into a queen size bed.  
The unit includes central air & cable, washer/dryer. All linens,  
pillows, towels provided. We even leave dishwasher and laundry  
detergent. Priced to be the best deal in the area.

Building amenities include: elevator right next to unit front door,  
free parking, oceanfront water park with an array of pools (kiddy  
pool, lazy river, hot tub, indoor pool).

arcades, novelty shops, The Pavillion, Ripley's Believe It or Not,  
The Haunted House, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Square Mall
