One floor up from our free covered parking, the 4th  floor view is just right -- high enough

to be  'above it all'   yet  not so high that you'll  feel dizzy. For you skywatchers, you'll find

the 180 degree view of The Milky Way breath-taking!  And the next morning, check back into

activities at the bi-level pools below ( one of which is heated ),  the beach just beyond; get a

bird's eye view down into the clear waters (have you ever seen dolphins herding fish?  you

will !! ) or just gaze over at the pier to what fishermen, women, children and birds are

catching.

  The kitchen has granite counter tops with all new everything:

coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils -- everything you need to

whip up your favorite  meals. The dining table seats four  with an additional four seats at

the island bar.

 The living area is spacious with plenty of light from the sliding doors

which open onto the large patio/balcony.   A  new queen sized sleeper sofa for 2 extra 

 sleeping spaces.  Big screen TV and all the amenities to make you feel right at home. 

Life is short, have fun every chance you get.

 Our extra large patio/deck is ideal for families with small children who can't take

a full day in the sun. Our partially covered balcony is a great place to play outdoor

games and still enjoy the view.  Your friends and family with mobility issues have the

advantages of being outdoors in the action without traversing elavators and walks

in the sand.

linens in both bedrooms and both baths.  Both our King sized and our Queen sized beds

beach view with direct access. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed and a view of

 the Intercoastal Area of Panama City. The new ! queen sized sofa/sleeper is comfy too.

 Each of the two bathrooms are quite roomy with garden style tub for a

rainforest style shower.
