Vacation Rental Description

     Beautiful views of Mission Bay from this 2nd floor stand alone  
apartment, greet you from every room and two very large decks.  
French doors lead from the open living/dining/kitchen area onto  
the south deck with its table for 6, BAR-B-Q and lounge area. The  
master bedroom has a queen size bed and own bathroom. The 2nd  
bedroom has a bunkbed and and double with twin with its own bathroom.  There is a comfortable double  
futon in the living room. Both bedrooms  
open onto the north deck, with its own separate sitting and relaxing  
area with views of the bay and neighborhood. 1 short block to the  
ocean with miles of sand and surf. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

    All you need to bring are your clothes and personal items. There  
is a fully equipped kitchen with 2 door refrigerator, new stove,  
microwave, blender, toaster, ample, good quality cookware, 2 kayaks,  
(a single & a double to explore Mission Bay). Bikes for adults &  
children, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, horse  
shoes, Satelite TV, DVD, VCR, high speed internet connection. Free  
laundry, all linens and bedding provided, Professionally cleaned  
before you arrive. 1 parking space provided.

Activities and Attractions

    In Mission Beach there are miles of ocean to surf, swim, bogey  
board, and body surf. The bay is great to sail, kayak, windsurf,  
swim, snorkel, jet ski, etc. There are miles of walkways for  
running, biking, rollerblading, or a stroll to enjoy the beautiful  
views.   
     Spend the day at Sea World, the Zoo, Balboa Park, Legoland. Enjoy a Padres baseball game  in  
vibrant downtown.  
Championship golf, deep sea fishing, the list goes on and on.

Vacation Rental Rates

May 31-June 14 = $1100 per week.   
June 14-28 = $1300 per week.   
June 28-Aug 30 = $1450 per week. 
Sept 1 2008 - May 1 2009 = $950 a week.  minimum 4 days at $150 a night.
