Beautiful views of Mission Bay from this 2nd floor penthouse
apartment, greet you from every room. They are two very large decks. The south deck has french doors opening into the great room. It has a  table for 6, BAR-B-Q and lounge area. The 500 sq. foot north deck with a view of the bay has a clear covered roof for outdoor use year round.
     The master bedroom has a queen size bed and own bathroom. The 2nd
bedroom has a bunkbed and and queen with its own bathroom. There is a comfortable L shaped couch with pull up mattress for a full bed. Each bedroom
opens onto the north deck, with its own separate sitting and relaxing
area with views of the bay and neighborhood. This deck also has the washer and dryer. The ocean is a short block to the west.

It is about 100 feet to the bay where you use the kayak or try the standup paddle board that we provide for your enjoyment.

All you need to bring are your clothes and personal items. There
is a fully equipped kitchen with 2 door refrigerator, new stove,
microwave, blender, toaster, ample, good quality cookware, 2 kayaks,
(a single & a double to explore Mission Bay). Bikes for adults &
children, kayak, and standup paddle board, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, horse
shoes, Satelite TV, DVD, VCR, high speed internet connection. Free
laundry, all linens and bedding provided, Professionally cleaned
before you arrive.

In Mission Beach there are miles of ocean to surf, swim, bogey
board, and body surf. The bay is great to sail, kayak, windsurf,
swim, snorkel, jet ski, etc. There are miles of walkways for
running, biking, rollerblading, or a stroll to enjoy the beautiful
views.
Spend the day at Sea World, the Zoo, Balboa Park, Legoland. Enjoy a Padres baseball game in
vibrant downtown.
Championship golf, deep sea fishing, the list goes on and on.

4 day minimum stay! $250 per night plus cleaning (cleaning fee $70.00) 

It is available WEEKLY only during the summer. It is a long term rental from August 27th to May 27th.
