The Gemstone Chalet is located about 2 miles outside the village of Ellicottville,NY in a rustic setting. The house is great for people who want a private setting close to the village. The winter season in Ellicottville typically receives an abundance of snow,therefore a 4 wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended. The interior of the house has open beam ceilings, stone fireplace,large kitchen,greatroom,4 bedrooms,laundry room and an open staircase. The exterior has cedar siding and stone with a wood deck.

This house has a large kitchen with lots of cabinets,large refridg,gas cooking range,microwave,toaster and everything needed for a large family dinner. Laundry room has an extra large washer and dryer. Sat tv and a dvd player there for the couch dwellers.

Ellicottvilles Holimont and Holiday valley are the main attractions along with some great restaurants/taverns,shops and nearby mountain biking.
vacation rental rates
Peak rates are $900-1,000 for weekend,$1450-1,800 for weeks. Off peak are $750 for weekends,$1250 for weeks. Call or write for Holiday weekends or week rates. We offer discounts for multiple weeks or monthly stays. Deposits are $600 per week off peak and $700 per week peak. Weekends are $400.
