All reservations do need to be made in advance and are based upon availability.
This home is a Non-smoking home and No pets rental.
We do NOT rent to:
Individuals under 30 years of age and subject to approval.
No group parties allowed at all this includes weddings, reunions or lrage group parties.
We do rent to:
Families, Couples and Those who will care and love for this house as we do.
A $100.00 CLEANING FEE IS CHARGED IN ADDITION TO THE STATED RATE
Weekly Rate Based on 7 nights = $1200
3 Weekend night Rate $525.00
2 Weekend night Rate $400.00
$400.00 Security Deposit held and refunded upon departure with no damages to property.
This rental is based on a 8 person maximun stay and any person over that amount is subject to a $50.00 increase.
50% deposit is required at the time the reservation.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks - 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
A refund will be given, if you cancel 10 days or more before your scheduled visit.
If you cancel 9 days or less prior to your scheduled no refund will be given.
