This condo is completely remodeled throughout. It has all new furniture including a luxurious king bed in the master with en suite, tile floors and shower, granite countertops and steel appliances..
Our oasis is located on the beautiful white sandy beach on Anna Maria Island. Enjoy our 1st Floor, 1 Bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom spacious condo on the Beach. This condo is 966 square foot. Enjoy the stunning views from the kitchen, dining room, living room and lanai. The only way to be closer to the beach is if you were getting wet! This end unit offers you privacy of no balcony next door, an additional full side screen on the lanai and additional windows in the kitchen, bath and master.
While relaxing in our living room you can open our new pocket doors that create a 20 foot opening to the screened in lanai. Our private lanai enables you to enjoy your coffee without anyone else being near you. The screened lanai is 6 x 20 foot. Including the lanai you have 1200 square foot of living space.
This unit is complete with a king bed in the private master with full custom bathroom. There is a trundle bed in the living room that can either be 2 twin beds or put together for a king. New Leather couch and chair are super comfortable. Living room and bedroom are equipped with 90 cable channels. There is a 32 inch flat screen tv in the living room and a 24 inch flat screen tv in the bedroom.
Screen lanai is complete with a bartop patio set for overlooking the beach. A small patio is also off of the master bedroom.
