Clean, fully furnished, cottage with private association parking at Green Hill beach. Includes private boat launch area. Located at the end of a quiet dead end street. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath. Sleeps 5 to 6 people. Check in time is Saturday at 3pm. Checkout time is Saturday at 10am. $200 Security deposit required upon lease signing and will be returned within 1 week of renter departure. $50 cleaning fee, non-refundable.

Purgo hardwood floors throughout. Outdoor shower, deck with patio furniture, gas grille available. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, and blender. Washer and dryer in basement. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Television provided with basic cable and WIFI.
activities and attractions in Green Hill Rhode Island
Half mile to Green Hill Park, offering playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, picnic area and walking trails. Short 1 mile bike ride or drive to Green Hill beach. Great private beach for kids. Block Island ferry is 20 minutes away for a quick trip to the island. 3 minutes from Trustom Wildlife refuge. Beautiful state beaches such as Charlestown Breachway, East Beach, and Misquamicut within a few miles. Other attractions include local restaurants, pubs, ice cream, and bakery. Weekly rentals only. Narragasnett about 15 minutes away. Historic Newport is 30 minutes away. Foxwoods Resort Casino is about 45 minutes away. No traffic to any of these destinations.
