Cottage@Spring Lake Sandy Beach- Special June Week in Spring Lake

This inviting and peaceful three bedroom- beautifully restored- 20's cottage is part of the 1905's Cole Park Beach Association--private sandy beach area at Spring Lake. This is 3 minutes from the Spring Lake Country Club. Its sunny, comfortable, large front porch, furnished living room and dining rooms, wood floors,  and lots of windows for sun. The appointed kitchen says have an old fashion 'eat in' meal  on the Fiesta dishes. Great for a family to gather for a well needed vacation or a peaceful couples get away.  Both bathroom sparkles with Cottage Charm. Enjoy pleasant walks to the private associate beach (four homes down the cottage filled road) and savor the sand in your shoes!

Rental are Saturday to Saturday check in at 4pm and check out at noon (those specfic times)

Rates are based on 8 or lesse immediate family members (9th person $20 per day)--maximum 9

Cancellation Policy 90 days notice (refund if proper notice & week can be filled) or forfeit

Vacation Insurance is encouraged

Rates are paid to book the vacation time. Rates is based on 8 or less in the group.

Deposit is a $500 check presented at 4pm check and return via mail after cleaning--check out noon.

In rate taxes and 2 hours of cleaning is included--overage is charged at a rate of $25 per hour

A PET is considered--pet deposit of $250 (daily rate of $25 per day is due at check in)
