The condominium has 24 hours private surveillance and 7 days a week maintenance personnel, including a person that will take care of the cleaning process of the apartment every day.

The distance from the airport to the apartment is more or less 30 minutes. Taxis are available any time for transportation, as well as rental cars of known companies.

On the common areas of the condominium there is a restaurant, where if desired, breakfast is served, as well as lunch and drinks at reasonable prices. There are facilities to sit around the pool or at the beach, as well as to play tennis.

Within 3 minutes walking distance, one can reach the “Marina”, where one can enjoy good restaurants, shops and rentals for water amenities. On the same area there is also a beautiful golf course.
